Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Instant Instructors, we are committed to providing a hassle-free service to help you find local driving instructors with immediate availability. Below is our refund policy to ensure clarity and transparency:
1. Deposit Refunds
- A £50 deposit is required to book our services and begin the search for an instructor.
- If we are unable to find an instructor for you, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
- Once an instructor is found and confirmed, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
2. Block Booking Payment
- The remaining balance for your block booking is due once an instructor has been found and confirmed.
- The remaining balance is for the full block of lessons, and once paid, the booking will be finalized.
3. Lesson Refunds
- If you decide to cancel during your lessons, you are entitled to a partial refund for any unused lessons in the block booking.
- Refunds for unused lessons will be calculated based on the agreed rate per lesson.
4. Refund Request Process
- To request a refund, please contact us via email at hello@instantinstructors.co.uk or through our website’s contact form.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your request.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed lessons.
- If you fail to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, no refund will be given for that missed lesson.
